This past weekend we decided to get outta the house and visit a park. Not realizing how “freaking hot” it was, we decided not to go that far away. So, we hit up Maplewood Park for about 30 minutes and then rushed to Arturo’s for an early, air conditioned dinner.
This past weekend, I had the honor of attending my friend & colleagues graduate hooding ceremony. After many long years of school work, Marie was awarded her Master of Arts in English from Seton Hall University. She was also asked to be the guest speaker for all of the graduates. …

We had the most fortunate opportunity to go to Vermont for a friends wedding. While we were there, we took a sleigh ride with other friends. I wish I had taken more pictures, but I had to reserve my energy for the wedding.
